the location was favourable - just 5 minutes' walk from an expansive local beach.
Even though everything was very good, some of the staff were a little indifferent.

The apartment was beautifully maintained with clean towels provided daily, balcony, for example. A microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators where available too. The location was central, excellant reasonably close to the Abel Tasman area. It was also close to beach, friendly owners, right under Nelson flight path, and the South Island.

New-fashioned rooms complete with balcony and free WiFi which came in handy over the weekend, as for instance, very welcoming and really good staff. The location is marvellous, not too far from an expansive local beach.

Comfortable unit with great daily service.
I found the bathroom ventilation lacking, as steam would linger unless we opened the window. The room temperature was quite warm. While there was an air conditioning unit, it struggled to keep up. The proximity to the airport was known, but the early morning noise from planes taking off was quite disruptive.

I like the most the spa-bathroom and the friendship of the owners.

The staff were very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. The room had a ipod deck, upto date TV and was quiet with the exception of the aeroplanes!
Little bit old school and could probably do with a decor update.

This place is nice, and has everything I need like free parking, a heated swimming pool, and kitchen utensils. On my first stay, the staff helped with a hot drink to keep me warm. I recommend it for a relaxing city break.

The room was large and comfortable. Staff was helpful.
There aren't any restaurants close by although being close to the beach makes up for this.
